When you book, we go through your floor with you, look at your setup, and tell you what we see. That assessment is free nationwide, always. It starts remote, from your layout, your photos and a call, and we come out when the project calls for it. After you book, we’ll ask for a few photos or a short video of your setup. Leave out anything proprietary. If your job needs a design drawing, we tell you what it costs before anything gets drawn.

Every project starts the same way. You walk us through your floor, we go through what you run and where the dust goes with you, and we figure out what is actually going on. No guessing from a catalog. Sometimes that means readings from your existing equipment, sometimes there is nothing there yet and it is a conversation. Either way, you get a straight read on your floor.
After that you get what we found in writing and what we would do about it, whether that is a design drawing, a swap-out, new filters, or nothing at all. If we can’t help you, we’ll tell you that too, and point you to someone who can.

What Costs Money and What Doesn’t
Every free quote you have ever gotten was a guess. Here is how we do it instead, with the numbers up front.
The assessment
We go through your floor with you, look at your setup, and tell you what we see. Free nationwide. Always. It starts remote, so you are not waiting on travel. We tell you up front whether you even need a design drawing.
The design drawing
Somebody draws your system, your duct runs, your dust, before anybody quotes you a number. It is not a deposit and we don’t knock it off the equipment later. You paid for it, you own it. Take it to your engineers, your installer, wherever you want. If the job doesn’t need one, a swap-out or new filters, you don’t pay it.
Project support and performance verification
We don’t install. Your crew hangs it, your own contractor or an independent ICAP Certified crew, and they own and warrant the install. Project support runs from the day the crates land to the day the numbers check out: your crew gets us on the phone or on video while they build it, we come out for startup when a job needs it (travel at cost), and your crew logs airflow readings at every pickup that we check against the design drawing. You get readings next to design numbers, not a handshake.

What Happens When You Book a Dust Collection Assessment
Your Dust and Your Process
What you run, what it makes, where it settles, and where your people are standing when it does. That is the starting point for everything else, and it is why we go through your floor with you instead of sizing from a catalog.
Existing Equipment Check
If you have equipment in place, we go through what is working, what is underperforming, and where dust is escaping: hood placement, duct runs, filter condition, and how the last vendor left it. Where readings help, we ask for them.
Dust Accumulation Review
We go through horizontal surfaces, beams, ledges, ductwork, and equipment with you for dust buildup. Accumulation is one of the first things an inspector looks at and one of the housekeeping items NFPA 660 expects you to have a handle on.
Combustible Dust Questions
If it is a powder or a dust, figure it is combustible until a lab says otherwise, and most industrial dust is. We walk you through what a dust hazard analysis (DHA) and KSt testing involve and who does them, so the determination stays yours.
Layout & Ductwork Review
We go through your facility layout, available space for equipment, structural capacity, electrical access, and existing ductwork with you to design a system that actually fits your operation.
Clear Recommendations
You get a plain-English summary of what we found and what we recommend, whether that’s a full central system, portable extractors, or just a filter change.
