✦ Turnkey — From Rigging to Commissioning

Professional Installation Services

One crew handles rigging, ductwork, electrical, controls, and commissioning — so nothing falls through the cracks between trades and your system works right the first time.

A dust collection system is only as good as its installation. The best-engineered collector, ductwork layout, and explosion protection don’t mean much if the install isn’t done correctly — undersized electrical runs, leaking duct joints, improper grounding, or misaligned blast gates will cost you in energy, maintenance, and compliance headaches for years.

We handle installation as a single turnkey project. One point of contact, one crew, one scope of work that covers everything from the structural pad to the final airflow test. That eliminates the finger-pointing that happens when separate mechanical, electrical, and controls contractors try to coordinate on a system none of them designed.

Every installation is backed by our pass-or-free compliance guarantee. If the system doesn’t pass OSHA, NFPA, or local inspection due to our installation, we fix it at no cost.

Why Turnkey

Why Professional Installation Matters

Ductwork That Actually Performs

Poorly fabricated duct joints, undersized branch entries, and improper transitions create leaks and turbulence that rob airflow. Even 10-15% leakage means your collector is working harder, using more energy, and still not capturing dust at the hood. We fabricate to SMACNA standards and pressure-test every joint.

Electrical Done Right the First Time

VFDs, motor starters, safety interlocks, differential pressure sensors, and explosion isolation controls all need to be properly sized, wired, and integrated. A general electrician unfamiliar with dust collection often under-sizes conductors, omits grounding bonds, or miswires interlock sequences.

Explosion Protection Compliance

NFPA 660 (effective January 2026) requires that explosion venting, suppression, and isolation are installed exactly per the DHA and manufacturer specs. Incorrect placement of vent panels, insufficient clearance zones, or improperly installed isolation valves can void your compliance entirely.

One Scope, No Finger-Pointing

When you split installation across a rigger, sheet metal contractor, electrician, and controls integrator, nobody owns the outcome. If the system doesn’t perform, everyone points at someone else. With turnkey installation, we own every phase — and our pass-or-free guarantee means we’re accountable for the result.

Installation Standards We Follow

Every installation is designed and executed to meet federal, state, and local requirements. We provide full documentation packages for OSHA, fire marshal, and insurance inspections.

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.94

Ventilation standards for local exhaust systems, including airflow requirements, duct velocities, and worker exposure limits.

NFPA 660

Combustible dust management including DHA-driven explosion protection installation, housekeeping, and electrical classification.

NFPA 68 / 69

Explosion venting (68) and suppression/isolation (69) installation requirements. Vent panel placement, clearance zones, and system activation sequences.

SMACNA Ductwork Standards

Sheet metal gauge, joint construction, hanger spacing, and sealing requirements for industrial exhaust ductwork.
