Almost every wrong purchase here comes from skipping this question. Dry dust, liquid and no-power-available are three different machines, and one will not do another’s job.

The part people forget
A vacuum with no hose on it is a barrel with a motor. The machine ships as the machine, and the hose, wand and floor tools are separate. Buying them together costs you nothing extra in freight, because they go on the same pallet.
- Accessory packages in 10 ft and 25 ft, dry or wet, from a bare hose up to a full set with wand, 20 in. floor tool, crevice tool and brush.
- A 32 in. floor sweep if you are covering real floor area rather than chasing corners. It is the difference between a vacuum and a floor machine.
- The right coupling. 2 in. machines take the stainless hose connector. 2.75 in. machines need the reducer to run 2 in. tooling.
- Replacement filters and motors, listed by part number, so in two years you are not measuring a filter with a tape and hoping.
Who this is not for
Combustible dust. These machines are not the answer if your dust is combustible. That is a different class of equipment and a different conversation. Talk to us first, and if it helps, here is what NFPA 660 actually says.
A dust collection problem. A vacuum is housekeeping. If dust is getting into the air during the process itself, no vacuum fixes that. You want capture at the source, and this is what that costs.
One light cleanup a month. If a shop vac genuinely keeps up with your floor, keep it. These earn their money on machines that run every shift.
Questions we get
How long does it take to get one?
Two to three weeks from order, depending on the model. Lead time is stated on every product page.
What does freight cost?
Freight is added at checkout, so you see it before you pay rather than after. The machines ship LTL on a pallet. Accessories ordered with a machine ride on the same pallet.
Do I need the HEPA version?
It depends where the exhaust air goes. If the machine discharges into a room people are working in, the H models add HEPA MAXX behind the primary filter. If you are outdoors or the air is leaving the building, the standard machine is usually enough.
Can one machine run two operators?
Some can. The 200 CFM machines support two at once and the 210 CFM supports up to four, per Ruwac’s published ratings. Below that, size it for one.
What is a direct continuous bagger?
The dust drops straight into a sealed bag under the machine rather than into an open drum you have to lift and tip. You close the bag and pull it out, so you are not breathing what you just collected.
Will 2 in. tools fit a 2.75 in. machine?
Only with a reducer. The RB291H, RB331, RB352, RB352H and BA2510 have 2.75 in. inlets. We list the reducer, and it is offered in the cart when you buy one of those machines.

We supply the machines, the wear parts and the filters. Motors and filters are listed by Ruwac part number so you can order the exact one rather than describing it over the phone.
