ELEVENT portable fume extractor — typically ships in about 24 to 48 hours

02 — Downdraft Tables

Self-cleaning capture, at the work surface.

Welding, grinding, and cutting stations generate fume that escapes upward toward the breathing zone. Downdraft tables reverse that — pulling contaminants down through the work surface before they reach the operator. Four sizes from 1,500 to 6,000 CFM, fully assembled, plug-and-run.

03 — Mobile Fume Extractors

Roll the extractor to where the work is.

Permanent ductwork doesn’t fit every shop. Mobile units roll between welding stations and follow the production schedule. Two production-grade configurations — both on a build cycle (roughly 2 weeks from order).

04 — Source Capture Arms

Capture at the arc, before it reaches the breathing zone.

Source capture is OSHA’s preferred control method for welding fume — and the most cost-effective. Four configurations stocked in 3″, 4″, 6″, and 8″ diameters, with reach options from 3 feet to 14 feet. Free freight to AZ, CA, NV, NM, UT; shipping applies to other locations.

Source-capture arms are right when

  • You already have a central collector — arms drop in at each station
  • Operators need overhead reach, not a fixed bench surface
  • Multiple welding stations need shared dust collection
  • Wash-down or cleanroom environments (stainless option)

Not right when

  • You don’t have a collector to connect them to
  • The work happens at a fixed bench — use a downdraft table
  • The operator constantly moves — use a portable extractor

05 — Questions

What buyers ask before placing the order.

Each product has its own real ship time. ELEVENT: typically 24–48 hours from in-stock inventory. Source-capture fume arms (IAP): usually same or next day from Tennessee stock of 2,000+ units. Self-cleaning downdraft tables: about 48 hours after configuration is confirmed. MFE-1350-SC and MFE-750: roughly a 2-week build cycle from order. The ELEVENT and fume arms are the fastest movers — the larger units take longer because they’re built to your configuration.

Every unit ships with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor on cabinet, motor, blower, controls, and cleaning system. Cartridge filters are consumables and not covered. Call us at 602-456-9661 for service — we coordinate the warranty claim on your behalf. Need a fully engineered NFPA 660 compliant system with documented sizing, ductwork, and installation? Book a free assessment — that’s a different service track.

Quick-ship is best for 1–3 machine setups, shops needing immediate compliance coverage, leased spaces where permanent ductwork isn’t practical, schools and training facilities, and budgets under $50K with straightforward applications. Central systems are necessary for 4+ fixed machines, combustible dust requiring NFPA 660 explosion protection, or facility build-outs needing stamped drawings.

IAP arms are stocked in 3″, 4″, 6″, and 8″ diameters across hanging, standing, telescopic, and 304 stainless configurations. With 2,000+ arms in stock at the Tennessee warehouse, same or next-day shipping is available on virtually all standard configurations.

Free freight to Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah — it’s already included in the listed price for those five states. Shipping does apply to other locations: tell us where it’s headed and we’ll pull real freight and give you a delivered price within one business day, before you pay. Larger downdraft tables may need a lift-gate at delivery — we coordinate that when you order.

Most quick-ship units are designed to plug in and run — no installation crew needed. Downdraft tables roll into place on locking casters; the SD23 plugs into a standard 120V outlet. Mobile fume extractors arrive fully assembled. Source-capture fume arms ship with mounting hardware. The SD34, SD46, SD48 downdraft tables and the MFE-1350-SC need 230V or 460V three-phase power — confirm your shop has it before ordering.

Industrial equipment returns aren’t simple — once a unit ships, freight and restocking fees apply. The cleaner path is calling us at 602-456-9661 before you order so we can confirm the size and configuration. We’d rather spend ten minutes on the phone than have you stuck with the wrong unit.

Need something bigger?

When quick-ship isn’t enough.

Production welding cells, full facility build-outs, NFPA 660 compliance, combustible dust — those need engineered systems. Tell us about your floor and we’ll pull the right unit — quick-ship or custom — usually inside a 10-minute call. We’ll also tell you if quick-ship already covers you and an engineered system would be overkill.
